Another great year to get out on the road bike with your friends at Republic.

In the video below, Eric Goodwin capture a little bit of the entire group at the start, Armand’s instructions and then the pace line of the giv’er group. To know more about the Republic of Tuesday read on.

As always, the Republic of Tuesday road rides welcome all levels of riders (for real!)! For this year, we updated the format slightly, splitting in 3 groups for the second lap, instead of 2. in addition, to minimize risk with cars, we took a few steps to make sure the groups don’t overlap in the road going in different directions.

The chill group does two laps of Paradise Valley to the Hatchery, and then climbs up to the highway. The medium-pace group goes back to the Y on the road and then does a fraction of Squamish Valley Road before turning around and back to Paradise Valley and then climb. The giv’er group goes back from the Hatchery, climbs, back into town for a “Tour de Brackendale”, then back out to Paradise Valley.

Thanks to everybody that keeps coming out year after year making this group so friendly and enjoyable for all.

VIVA LA REPUBLIC! We will see you next Tuesday!
